Lighting 102 will introduce multi-light concepts and techniques needed for more advanced studio flash photography. We will leverage all the control and modification techniques learned in the 101 class and apply them to creating a layered approach to building the perfect quality of light for a studio photograph. Lighting 102 expands on concepts covered in the light 101 class (recommended prerequisite). This class provides hands–on opportunities to shoot a model using the lighting set-ups covered.

This class is 3 hours and includes classroom instruction, hands-on shooting, and one-on-one coaching. Portrait model and studio lighting gear is provided.

Prerequisite skills: Basic manual operation of your DSLR, Lighting 101 (recommended)
